Our company, Anandpur Green Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located right here in Anandpur, specifically in the area near the Anandpur Thana. We’re operating out of the place belonging to Manilal Surin, the son of late Surin. It’s a local setup, very much integrated into the daily life of the village. We focus on working with farmers and managing the producer side of things. Since we’re based in a rural area, our office isn’t filled with high-tech equipment. It’s mostly just chairs, a few tables, and a lot of paper records of what’s happening in the fields. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. People around here know where to find us if they have a question or need some help with their agro production. Most of our work happens outside the office anyway, talking to people and checking on things in person. We try to be as practical as possible because that’s what the farmers need. It’s a humble operation, but it keeps us busy and we feel like we’re part of the local fabric here in Anandpur. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just daily work involving the land and the people who farm it. The atmosphere is relaxed but we stay focused on the tasks that need finishing before the end of the day. It’s a good way to live and work, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It feels right.
