Varun Radiators Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 1514/1515, Phase-Ii, G.I.D.C. in Chhatral. It’s a large industrial area where there’s always something being manufactured. We’ve been making radiators here for a long time. Our facility is a proper factory floor with plenty of metal and tools lying around. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer, but we’re used to the heat of the shop. We have a crew of people who have been with us for years. We aren’t a corporate office with people in suits. We’re mostly in work clothes, dealing with the manufacturing process. It’s a hands-on job and things can get a bit dirty, but we don’t mind. Chhatral is a bit away from the main city, which suits us just fine because we have the space we need. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing. People usually find us because they need a radiator that actually works. We just focus on the assembly and making sure every unit is solid before it leaves the building. We have a simple routine every day and we stick to it. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We just show up, do the job, and head home. That’s the life we’ve built here in G.I.D.C. We keep an old radio in the corner that plays mostly songs from the eighties while we work.
