Tierra Fertilizer Private Limited operates out of Block No 1139, which is part of the Aps International area. We are right opposite the GEB on Kadi Road in Chhatral. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. Being on Kadi Road is good for us because the logistics are easier. We’ve been in this spot in Chhatral for a while, and it suits the fertilizer business. The office itself is pretty basic. We don't have fancy carpets or anything, just concrete floors and sturdy desks. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we manage. Most of the day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the bags in the warehouse area. We aren't fancy people. We wear work clothes and don't mind getting a bit of dirt on our shoes. The GEB across the road is a good landmark, although sometimes the power flickers, which is just part of being out here. We have a small crew and we all know each other's families and stuff. It’s a local operation. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just know Tierra Fertilizer is here on Kadi Road if they need something. We try to keep the paperwork straight and the orders moving. It’s not a bad way to spend the day, really. Chhatral is a hard-working place, and we fit right in with the rest of them.
