Regal Agencies

Our place is over at Plot No-E-13/1 in the GIDC Electronic Estate. This is Sector-26 in Gandhinagar, which is a busy area if you ever come around this way. We are quite close to the Ghunghat Hotel, so that is usually how we tell people where to find Regal Agencies. It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood with lots of blocks and trucks moving in and out all day. There is always the sound of some machine or a horn honking nearby. Our building is pretty plain. We have a desk that’s seen better days and shelves that are mostly full. It stays busy with all the agency work we have to handle. Gandhinagar is a planned city, so the streets are straight, but things still get a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive at the same time. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through papers and check on the stock. It’s not a quiet office job. We are always on our feet or on the phone trying to get things sorted out. The heat in Gujarat can be a lot, especially in an estate like this with all the concrete, but we keep the doors open for a bit of a breeze. People from other units stop by sometimes to borrow a tool or just to complain about the traffic. It's just a normal day at work for us.
