Takshil Dairy Products

Our facility is right opposite the Suraj Party Plot in Gam Galudan. You have to drive down Dahegam Road to find us. It’s a bit out of the way, surrounded by more open land than the city. At Takshil Dairy, we work with fresh milk every single day. The smell of the dairy is something you get used to after a while, though visitors notice it right away. We have a small crew of people from the nearby villages. Most of them have been with us since the day we opened our doors. We start our shifts very early because the milk arrives fresh from the farms in the morning. We don't have any fancy office suites or big meeting rooms. It’s mostly tiled floors and stainless steel tanks that we have to keep clean. We spend a lot of time washing everything down. Hygiene is the main thing we worry about here. The equipment makes a lot of humming noises all day long. Sometimes we have issues with the electricity out here in the village, but we manage to get by. We don't really do big advertisements. Usually, people find out about our products from their neighbors. It’s a steady job that we feel good about. We see the same cows and farmers every week. The Dahegam Road area is quiet at night but busy during the day. We’re just a local business trying to do things the right way. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't have much to complain about, even with the long hours and the heat.
