SPS Automation 2016

SPS Automation 2016 is based out of the Helipad Exhibition and Convention Centre. Being in a place like this means there is always something going on nearby. It’s not your typical quiet office building in a residential street. We deal with automation stuff, and being at the convention center helps because there is plenty of space for everything we need to do. It started back in 2016, and since then, we’ve just been keeping at it. The atmosphere changes depending on what events are happening in the main halls. Sometimes it's packed with people and other times it's just us and the security guards. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is more about the gear and the technical side of things. It can get a bit tiring being in such a large venue, but you get used to the walk from the entrance. We spend most of our hours looking at systems and making sure the automation parts are working like they should. It's a lot of technical work that doesn't really leave room for much else. We keep our tools and equipment organized, or at least we try to. The lighting is usually bright, and the floors are plain concrete. It’s a very functional environment for the kind of work we do. Most of the time, we are just focused on the tasks for that day. It is a straightforward operation without any of those modern office frills.
