SATKARAA HOTEL PRIVATE LIMITED. We are based at 409 Heven Park-1, which is on Plot Number 23 in the Hasmukhnagar Society. It’s out in Khoraj village, which is part of Gandhinagar. Being out here is a lot different than being in the middle of Ahmedabad. It’s much quieter and you actually get to see some greenery once in a while. We’ve been operating out of this society for a bit now. The office is tucked away in the residential part, so it feels more like a home than a cold business space. We handle the hotel side of things from here. It’s a lot of coordinating with staff and making sure the rooms and everything else are up to mark. The village of Khoraj is growing, but it still has that local feel where people recognize each other. Sometimes the water pressure in the building is a bit low, but we’ve learned to deal with it. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate chain. We’re just a local hotel company trying to do right by the people who stay with us. Our days are filled with the usual stuff—checking schedules, ordering supplies, and talking to guests. It can be a bit slow out here sometimes, but we like the pace. It gives us time to actually focus on what we’re doing without being constantly rushed by city life. That’s us in a nutshell.
