Hotel Avadh Gest House

Hotel Avadh Gest House in Sector 17. We’re located at Plot No 322, right across from the Union Bank. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some other parts of the city. We have a gate out front and a small yard where we keep a few plants. I spend my mornings watering them before the sun gets too high. The building is a simple two-story structure. We don't have many rooms, so it never feels too crowded. It’s mostly workers and people with business at the bank who stay with us. We have a small counter in the front room where we keep the keys. The rooms have basic furniture, nothing too modern. We’ve had the same curtains for a long time, but we keep them clean. There’s a water cooler in the hallway for everyone to use. We don't have a big team, just myself and a couple of others who help with the cleaning. We don't really do any advertising. People usually find us because they are in the area or someone told them about us. It’s a quiet life here. We open up the windows in the evening to let the air move through. Sometimes we sit outside and watch the cars go by. It’s just a guesthouse. We don't try to make it more than it is. It’s a place for people who need a bed near Sector 17. We keep it simple.
