Recompence Events & Marketing is based out of L-1 Kirtidham Society in Vavol. Being in a society in Gandhinagar means our office feels more like a home than a corporate space. Vavol has changed a lot lately, with more buildings going up, but it still has a bit of that quiet village feel. We started this because we wanted to handle marketing and events for people nearby. Our office is basically a room filled with banners, sample brochures, and a couple of computers. It’s not a polished agency with a receptionist. Most days, it’s just us sitting around a table, planning out where to put hoardings or how to organize a local event. We do a lot of walking around and talking to people in the neighborhood. Sometimes the kids in the society play outside our window and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We don't have a big budget for fancy office furniture, so we use what we have. It’s a simple setup. If we need to meet a client, we usually just have tea right here or go to a nearby cafe. We’ve lived and worked in Gandhinagar for years, so we know how things work here. We just try to do an honest job with the events we take on without making things too complicated for ourselves or the people we work for. It’s a good spot for us.
