We operate Recompence Events & Marketing Pvt Ltd. out of Plot No-701/1 in Sector-13/A, Gandhinagar. Being in the 382016 area means we are right in the heart of the planned city. It is a bit quieter here compared to Ahmedabad, which we appreciate when we are trying to organize things. The office is basically where all the planning happens. We have shelves full of old files and posters from past events we have handled. Marketing and event management is mostly just a lot of logistics and phone calls, so our desks are usually covered in notebooks and planners. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. When you walk in, you just see people working. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and trying to make sure everything arrives at the right place at the right time. Sometimes we are out on-site for days, and the office sits empty. Other times, we are all crammed in here trying to brainstorm for a new project. It is honest work, even if it gets stressful when a deadline is staring us down. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood. There isn't much flair to what we do; it is just about making sure the boxes are ticked and the marketing materials look like they are supposed to. We just keep moving from one project to the next.
