Param Food

We are located right over at Survey No. 2014, right across from the Jalaram Petrol Pump on N.H.- 8. It's easy to find us if you're coming through the Bareja Char Rasta area in Aslali. We've been here at Param Food for a while now, just doing our daily thing. The shop isn't fancy, but it gets the job done. Most folks stop in while they are out on the highway or getting gas nearby. Dealing with the traffic on National Highway 8 is part of the routine here. It gets noisy with all the trucks passing by the petrol pump. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. It's a family-run kind of setup. You might see a couple of us working at any given time. We handle various food items, keeping things stocked as best as we can. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a local spot where people know each other’s names. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road construction, but we try to keep the place tidy for anyone stopping in. If you are heading towards Bareja, you'll see our sign right there. We don't spend much time on the computer or making big ads. We just focus on what's in front of us. Some days are busier than others, especially when the crossroads get backed up. We just keep moving along and making sure everything is in its place for the next person who walks through the door.
