Being over here at B-30 in the GIDC Electronic Estate, Sector-25, you get used to the industrial rhythm. It is a big area with lots of similar-looking buildings, but we’ve been in this particular spot for quite some time. MASIBUS AUTOMATION & INSTRUMENTATION PVT. LTD. is mostly focused on things like sensors, control panels, and various meters. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where engineers and technicians spend their days looking at diagrams and testing out equipment. Sector-25 is a bit far out from the main city centers, so the commute can be long for some of the staff. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot. There is always a lot of chatter about new projects or fixing some old piece of hardware that’s stopped working. We aren't into big corporate slogans or fancy mission statements. We just do the work. The GIDC area has its own charm, with small food stalls nearby where we grab snacks like samosas. It feels like a community of people who actually build and fix things. We handle a lot of different industrial tools. Sometimes it’s busy with deliveries coming in and out, and other times it’s quiet while everyone is focused on a technical problem. We just keep moving forward with whatever the day brings. It’s a practical place for practical work and we like it that way.
