Our office is located in Sector 11, over in the Apeksha area. Dealing with minerals means there is always a lot of logistics to figure out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It isn't the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of us are just focused on where the next load is coming from and where it needs to go. The area here in Sector 11 is fairly busy with other businesses, so there is always something going on outside. We have a small team and we’ve all been working together for a while now. The space is filled with samples and files that have been piling up for years. It’s not the most organized place in the world but we know where everything is. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people who know us just come straight to the office. It’s a lot of mundane work, checking weights and making sure the transport is on time. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just how the mineral business goes. We stay busy and try to keep things moving. There’s no big secret to what we do, it’s just everyday work in a regular office. It can get a bit dry dealing with rocks and dirt all day, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
