Our place is situated in Bareja, specifically in the Tran Bhag area. The post address is Bareja-382425, in the Dascroi Taluka of Ahmedabad district. Man Industries Ltd. has been here for a long time. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city center, but we like the pace out here. The office is located right in the middle of the village area, so we see a lot of the local life passing by our doors every day. It’s a practical building that has been modified over the years to fit more desks and storage space. We don't have any shiny glass walls or high-tech security gates. It’s just a front door and some windows that we open when the breeze is nice. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty casual. We talk about the weather and the local news while we work. The floors are concrete and the walls are mostly covered with old maps and schedules. We handle a lot of the local coordination from this spot. It can get dusty being near the main road, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we don't need a lot of rules to know how to get things done. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just our work home in Bareja. We do our best to stay organized despite the constant flow of people and papers that come across our desks every afternoon.
