Leebar Mobile Shop

Leebar Mobile Shop is located at No. 18 and 19 in the B.J. Complex. If you are coming through Mota Chiloda, you probably pass us all the time. The shop isn’t huge, but we managed to fit two units together to make enough space for all the phone boxes and the repair desk in the back. It’s usually quite busy on the weekends when people have some free time to come in and get their screens fixed or buy a new charger because their old one finally gave out. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, and we keep saying we’ll fix it, but then the shop gets full and we forget about it until the next day. We’ve seen the complex change over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s mostly just us chatting with customers about which phone battery lasts longer or trying to figure out why a tablet won’t turn on. Mota Chiloda is a nice enough place to work. You get to know the faces of the people living nearby. Often, people just stop by to say hello while they’re out running errands. We try to keep the shelves organized, but with so many small parts and accessories, it’s a constant battle. It’s just a simple shop where we do our best to help whoever walks through the door.
