Our office is at 2, Meldi Estate, right near the railway crossing in Gota. You can hear the trains go by all day long, which took some getting used to when we first moved in. It’s an engineering place, so there are always big drawings and blueprints spread out on the tables. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens and talking about technical details that might seem boring to others. It’s not a shiny or polished corporate office. It’s very practical and a bit messy. We have some computers, some old desks, and we drink a lot of coffee to keep going. People come to us for advice on how to build things or fix problems with their machinery. We just try to give them straight, honest answers without any fluff. Sometimes the projects are quite complicated and we end up staying late into the night. Other times it’s a bit more quiet. Being near the railway crossing means we sometimes get stuck in traffic for twenty minutes just trying to get to work in the morning. Gota has changed so much since we first started here. There are more buildings and more noise every year. We just stay focused on the work at hand. We aren’t a huge team, but we know what we are doing. If something doesn't work, we sit down together and figure out why. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It's just about making things work right.
