Jay Plastic Industries

Jay Plastic Industries is located out in Phase 4 of the GIDC in Chhatral. Our plot is C-1/3323/3. If you’ve ever been to Chhatral, you know it’s a serious industrial zone. It’s not the kind of place you go for a stroll. We’re surrounded by other factories and plants. Inside our gates, it’s all about the plastic. We’ve got machines running, and there’s that specific smell of heat and raw materials that you get in this line of work. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the cycles. We aren't a polished corporate office. Our office is basically a small room with a phone and some files that probably need organizing. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. The floor can be a bit messy with offcuts or pellets, but that’s just how production goes. We’ve been operating here for a bit, and we’ve seen the area grow. It’s a tough environment, but it’s where we belong. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just run the machines and produce what’s needed. It’s noisy and sometimes the weather makes it even harder inside the shed, but we show up and do the hours. That is the way things work for us here in Chhatral. It is just steady, daily production for us, focusing on getting the orders out of the gate.
