Jay Jalaram Driving School

Jay Jalaram Driving School is found at 6 Ramkrishna Appartment in Hirawadi, within the Sahijpur Bogha area of Ahmedabad. Our office is part of a residential building, which makes it feel very much like a neighborhood business. People from around Sahijpur Bogha often stop by to ask about lessons for their kids or themselves. Hirawadi is a lively area, and the Ramkrishna Appartment is a well-known landmark for locals. The office itself is small and humble. We have a bench for people to wait on and a desk where we keep the logs. Most of our work happens in the cars, driving through the streets of Ahmedabad. We know these roads inside and out, from the quiet lanes to the busy intersections. Learning to drive here takes a bit of patience because the traffic can be unpredictable. We’ve seen all kinds of students, from young teenagers to older adults who finally decided it was time to learn. We don't have any corporate slogans; we just teach people how to handle a car safely. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty casual, with the TV hum in the background or someone sharing a snack. It’s a community-oriented place where we know many of our students' families. We’ve been operating out of this apartment complex for years, and it’s become our second home. It’s just a plain driving school serving the local Hirawadi crowd.
