We’ve been at B/20 GIDC Electronic Estate for a long time now. It’s a busy corner of Sector 25 where you can hear the hum of machines from other units nearby. Our place at Intellicon Pvt. Ltd. isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. We mostly focus on communication technology and how to keep things running for people. We started out with just a few of us in a small room, and even though we’ve grown, it still feels pretty much the same. Most mornings start with a round of tea while we look at the schedules. The office has piles of manuals and cables everywhere. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. We just show up, do the jobs we have, and go home. Sector 25 is a good spot because everything we need is close by. Sometimes the traffic is a mess in the evenings, but that’s just how it is around the estate. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, which is nice. If someone needs a tool or some advice, we usually help each other out. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a big reception desk or a marketing team. If you call, you'll probably just talk to one of us who's busy with a project. It’s a simple way to run things, but it keeps us focused on the tasks at hand.
