Frozen Food

We are located at B-145 in Sector 25 of the GIDC area in Gandhinagar. Our business is called Deedees Gourmet, and we focus on making frozen food. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and lots of delivery trucks. Our facility is all about the kitchen and the cold storage rooms. It is a very clean environment because we have to follow all the safety rules for food. We spend our days preparing different recipes, cooking them in large batches, and then getting them into the freezers as quickly as possible. It is a lot of physical work, and the staff usually has to wear heavy jackets because it gets very cold in the packing area. We do not have a shop where you can come and eat; we just manufacture the food and ship it out to stores and distributors. Our goal is just to make food that tastes good and stays fresh in the freezer. We do not have a big fancy office or a marketing team. Most of our time is spent on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the ingredients are fresh. It is a busy, noisy place sometimes, but we have a good team that knows how to get the packing done efficiently. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production line every single day.
