Chakee'S Kitchen Private Limited is located over in Sherisa, specifically on the Kalol-Khatraj Road. We are actually situated within the Nagarjun Pharmaceuticals premises. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a kitchen business, but it works for us. Sherisa is a quiet village area near Kalol, but the road out front stays pretty busy with trucks and commuters. We do a lot of our food preparation work here. It’s a professional setup but it doesn't feel like a cold factory. There is always the smell of something cooking, which makes the work day go by a bit faster. We have a routine that we follow, starting with the prep work in the early morning. Most of our staff live nearby, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the village. We don't have a fancy dining room because that’s not what this location is for. It’s where the actual cooking and planning happen. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big batch to get through, but we managed to find a rhythm over the years. We use simple ingredients and just try to make food that tastes like it should. We don't use any complicated machines if we can help it. It’s just a regular kitchen doing a lot of work every day. We’re happy to be part of the community here in Gandhinagar district. It's just a busy little spot where we get things done.
