Brady & Morris Engineering Co. Ltd. is located out at Plot No.326/B. If you’re driving down Sarsa Kanera Road in the Bareja area, you’ll see us right opposite the Government Borewell. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but the space allows us to handle the heavier engineering work that comes our way. The Taluka Matar region is quiet compared to the city center, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on technical details. Our building is a typical workshop setup. There’s a lot of metal and machine parts lying around because that’s just the nature of the business. We spend a lot of our time on the shop floor checking on things. The dust from the road sometimes blows in, but we just wipe down the desks and keep going. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy decorations or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, someone from the back will just come out if they hear a car pull up. We handle various engineering requests that come through from local industries and further out. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we have some fans going. We just try to stay busy and make sure the parts we are working on are handled properly. It is just a normal group of people working hard every day.
