This particular branch of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. is set up in Shayona Estate, units 23 and 24, over in Gota. We are right near Umiya Dairy, which is a good landmark if you are visiting for the first time. Even though we are part of a larger name, this specific spot in Gota has its own feel. It’s a busy industrial estate, so there is always the sound of trucks and people moving about. We handle a lot of the logistical and administrative side of things here. It’s a lot of paperwork, scheduling, and making sure supplies are moving to where they need to be. The office is pretty functional—lots of filing cabinets and rows of desks. We aren't the ones in the white coats you see on TV; we are the ones in the background making sure the behind-the-scenes stuff works. It can get a bit hectic when several deliveries arrive at once at Shayona Estate, and we have to scramble to find space. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long shifts. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors here. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We’ve been in this part of Gota for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of the estate. We just focus on our checklists and keep moving.
