It’s a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it’s just a group of people who care about how folks are doing. Being in a society like Pankaj means we are right in the middle of where people live. It isn't like those cold hospitals with white walls and no soul. We try to keep things a bit more personal. Dehgam is a nice town, a bit quieter than the big city, which we think is better for health stuff anyway. We handle various services, mostly making sure people get the help they need at home or nearby. There is a lot of coordination involved. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. Our office is simple. We have the necessary equipment and some files, but mostly it is about the staff going out to where they are needed. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough.
