A-One Plus Hospital Sales & Service

You can find us over at 4/A Bharadwaj Society. It is more of a quiet residential area than a commercial hub, which makes it easier for people to pull up and drop off equipment. We handle sales and service for hospital gear, so the place is often filled with boxes and spare parts. It’s not always the tidiest office, especially when we have a lot of repairs coming in at once. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Most of the people who come to us are looking for specific parts or need someone to take a look at a machine that isn't working right. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or working with our hands on the bench. It's a small team here. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time finding the exact house in the society, but once they get here, it’s all fine. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It is mostly a practical workspace where things get fixed. We handle the paperwork at the front desk and the rest of the space is for the inventory. It is a straightforward business and we just focus on getting the gear back to the hospitals so they can use it.
