Angels English Mediam School

People usually find us tucked away here in Mahalaxmi Park Soc. It is a quiet enough spot in Gandhinagar most of the time, except when the morning bell rings and the parents are dropping their kids off at the gate. We have been running Angels English Mediam School for a few years now. The building is not anything fancy, just some rooms with desks and chairs where the local kids come to sit and learn their lessons. You can hear the voices from the classrooms echoing out into the hallway during the day. Sometimes the Gujarat heat makes everyone a bit tired in the afternoon, but we keep the fans going. It is just a normal school where we try to get through the syllabus and make sure everyone gets their homework done. We spend a lot of time organizing the registers and making sure the chalkboards are clean for the next morning. Living and working here in this part of Gandhinagar feels like being part of the furniture. We know the neighbors and the people who walk past every day. It is not always perfect, sometimes a light bulb goes out or a desk gets a bit wobbly, but we fix it and keep going. Most of our days are spent just making sure the place stays tidy and the students are in their seats on time. It is a lot of work to keep a school moving along, but it is what we do here.
