Our hospital is right at the Memco Cross Road on Naroda Road. It’s an area with a lot of movement, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Being a private limited setup means we have our own way of doing things, mostly focusing on various types of surgeries. We have a couple of floors with different wards and the surgery rooms are kept busy most days of the week. The staff knows the neighborhood and the people who live around here. We aren't a massive corporate chain; we just run this one place. The entrance can be easy to miss if you aren't looking, but once you're inside, it's all about the medical work. We have people coming in for all kinds of operations, from minor stuff to things that require a few days of staying in a bed. The doctors spend a lot of time in the theaters and then check on patients in the evenings. We keep the paperwork as simple as we can for the families because we know they are stressed. There’s no big marketing team here, just us and the medical equipment. We deal with the daily challenges of running a hospital on a busy crossroad. It can be tiring, but the work is important. We just keep the lights on and the staff ready for whoever walks through the door needing help.
