Our place is over at E-6 in the Gidcelectronics Zone. It’s exactly the kind of place you’d expect for an electronics company. There are a lot of similar businesses around us here in Gandhinagar. We mostly work on power electronics and motor drives. If you walk into our building, you'll see a lot of testing equipment and workbenches piled with tools. It’s a bit of a maze of components and circuit boards sometimes. We’ve been here for quite a while, watching the zone grow. The work is very hands-on. We spend our days checking components and making sure the drives are built solid. It isn't just about the design; it's about making sure the thing actually works when it gets installed in a factory somewhere. We aren't big on fancy talk. We just show up, do the assembly, run the tests, and ship things out. The heat in the summer can be a bit much, but the workshop stays busy regardless. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the quirks of the different models we put together. It’s a practical environment. No one wears suits here; it's mostly work shirts and tools. We just focus on the hardware and the technical problems that come our way every day. It's a lot of staring at boards and soldering things until they are right. We like the quiet focus of the industrial zone and the daily routine we have here.
