If you look for Abhishek's Laptop World in the Main Market of Gandhidham, that’s us. We are at Shop No. 3, right near Bhai Pratap Circle, Bbz South 68. It’s a very busy spot in Kachchh. We spend most of our time looking at computer screens and fixing tiny parts. The shop isn't huge, so it gets a bit tight when there are three or four customers inside at once. We have cardboard boxes stacked up near the back wall. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise, but we’re used to it. We aren't some big chain store with uniforms. It’s just Abhishek Enterprise, run by local people who live nearby. We see a lot of students and office workers coming in every day. Most people are worried about their files or their broken hinges. We just take the laptops apart and see what’s wrong. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. The market can be very loud, especially on the weekends. We open early and stay until the lights in the circle come on at night. We don't use big words to explain technology. If it’s broken, we just say it’s broken. We've been at this shop for a long time now. The neighbors know us well. It’s dusty outside because of the wind in Kachchh, so we’re always wiping down the counters. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever laptop is on the bench today.
