Aroosha Technologies Private Limited is located at Plot Number C-11 in the IT Park, which is near the RGPV and the new jail road over in Gandhi Nagar. Being in an IT Park means there are a lot of other tech companies around us, but we just focus on our own corner. It’s a functional space. We have our computers and some whiteboards where we scribble down ideas. The area around Gandhi Nagar is always growing, so there is usually some construction noise or traffic nearby. We don't mind it too much. Our daily routine is mostly about solving technical problems. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a dedicated team trying to get things right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. There’s a lot of back and forth between the staff here. We talk about the code, the hardware, and whatever else is on the list for the day. Being near the jail road might sound funny to some, but it’s just a landmark for us. We just wanted a place where we could sit down and do our work without too many distractions. It’s a plain office with no big signs or expensive art. Just people working on technology. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy with the actual results rather than big promises. It is hard work but we enjoy the challenge.
