Our day-to-day work is mostly about problem-solving and making sure the information gets to the right people. It is a small room, but a lot happens within those four walls. We deal with the realities of farming in a rugged landscape and the challenges that come with it. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes pinned up about upcoming meetings. We are just here to provide a steady point of contact for the producers in our district who need a bit of help with the business side of their work. It is simple, honest work that we do every day.
