Nani Cashew Processing Private Limited

Our cashew processing unit is right in Bajrang Chowk, which is in Ward No 6 of Allapalli. This is down in the Gadchiroli district, so it’s quite far out for some people. We’ve got a basic setup here in Aheri taluka. The work is mostly about sorting through the raw cashews and getting them ready for the market. It’s a lot of sitting and checking for quality by hand. We aren't using fancy robots or anything like that. It’s just us and a few local workers from the neighborhood. The building is simple, and it gets quite hot during the summer months in Gadchiroli. We have to keep the fans running all day. Sometimes the roads around Allapalli are tricky, especially when the rains come, and that makes getting our supplies a bit of a challenge. We don't have a marketing department or a polished public image. We’re just a local business trying to do our part in the cashew trade. People know where to find us at the chowk if they have questions. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We spend our time on the production floor rather than in an office. It’s just how we’ve always done things here. We keep our heads down and focus on the cashew nuts until the day is done.
