We're out here in Bilgua, right near Gadarwara in Thendukheda. Sharma Crops Private Limited has been set up at the Vanshika Sugar and Power Industries site. It's mostly about the crops and the local land here. We spend our days dealing with the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a private limited company in this part of the country. It isn't anything fancy. Mostly just keeping things moving and making sure the work gets done like it's supposed to. Gadarwara is a busy place, and being over here in Thendukheda keeps us grounded. We don't have a big office with shiny glass windows. It's just a spot where people come to talk about the harvest and what’s happening at the sugar and power industries. Just honest work in the fields and the office. We handle the paperwork and the crop details as they come. It's a living, and we're glad to be doing it right here in our own community. It gets hot, but we don't mind.
