Khatu Ji Agency

Khatu Ji Agency is tucked away in Street-3 of Indira Nagari. We are quite near Kripya Ram Marg, which is a landmark most people in this area know. This is where we run our agency from. It's mostly a storage space and a small office area where we keep the records. We deal with a lot of different products that come in and go out to local shops. Every morning, the trucks come by to unload, and it gets a bit chaotic on the street for an hour or so. We have to be careful not to block the neighbors' houses. It’s a residential-cum-commercial sort of area, so we try to keep the noise down. The agency has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We use a lot of old ledgers to keep track of sales because it’s just easier for us than using a complicated computer program. Sometimes we misplace a pen or a receipt, but we always find it eventually. It’s just a few family members and a couple of helpers working here. We don't really do any advertising. People just know us and come by when they need to place an order. It's a steady life, and we like being part of the community here in Indira Nagari. We usually close up once the sun goes down.
