We are based out of House No.57 in Moran Wala village. It’s a quiet spot near Jalalabad West in the Ferozepur area. Living and working in the village means we are close to the fields, which makes sense for what we do at Japneet Agro Energy Llp. We mostly deal with things related to energy and farming. It is not a flashy office in a big city building. It’s just a house where we have set up our workspace to handle the business side of things. Out here, everyone knows everyone, so news travels fast and we like to keep things simple. The roads around Moran Wala can be a bit bumpy sometimes, but we don't mind. We focus on the work at hand, which involves looking at how agricultural waste can be used. It is a lot of trial and error and seeing what works best for the local conditions. Ferozepur has a lot of farming land, so there is plenty of material to work with. We spend a lot of time out on the sites and then come back here to finish the day's tasks. It is a family-run kind of feel, even if it is an LLP on paper. We just want to do our bit and keep things ticking along.
