Boffin Coders is based in Firozepur, specifically at House No. 441 in Kirti Nagar. Being in a place like Firozepur means things are a bit slower and more relaxed than the big cities like Ludhiana or Chandigarh. Our office is part of a residential area, so it’s got a very local, friendly feel to it. You won't find any glass skyscrapers here. It’s just a solid building where we’ve set up our workstations. We have a few rooms filled with computers and the usual office clutter like notebooks and spare cables. The team is made up of people from around the area who enjoy coding and solving technical puzzles. We usually start the day with a bit of a chat about what’s happening in town before we dive into the screens. The internet is usually okay, but we have our moments. We don't have a big management structure. Everyone knows what they have to do, and we just get on with it. Lunch is often a shared affair, and sometimes someone’s family will bring in something homemade which is always a treat. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We focus on getting the code right and making sure we don't miss any deadlines. We’ve been here for a bit now and have become a small part of the Kirti Nagar neighborhood. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
