We are set up over at 106 Professors Colony in Shikohabad. Firozabad is mostly known for glass, but the farming around here is also a big deal. Our group deals with the agro side of things, helping farmers organize their production. It’s not a fancy office, just a regular place in the colony where we keep our books and meet up. We started this because we wanted to speak up together in the market. It is mostly local people involved. We aren't experts in marketing or anything, just folks who understand how much work goes into a harvest. The daily routine involves a lot of phone calls and checking on the crops. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait to finish the paperwork, but that's just life here. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just want to make sure the work we do pays off. It can be stressful when the season is changing, but having the office in Shikohabad makes it easier to stay connected. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one for the farmers who trust us. It is honest, hard work every day. We try to keep things simple and practical for everyone involved. Sometimes we stay late just to get the numbers right for the month. It’s just part of the routine we’ve built here for ourselves and the others.
