Firozabad Farmers Producer Company Limited is based in Raseedpurkaneta. It is just a small spot where we get together to handle the farm stuff. Firozabad has a lot of farmers and we are just one group of them trying to make things a bit easier. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or fancy desks. We just have a room in Raseedpurkaneta where we keep our files and meet up when we aren't in the fields. Most of our work happens outside under the sun. We talk about things like seeds and how much the crops are selling for this month. It’s not always a happy conversation because prices go up and down so much. But we stay together because it’s better than being on your own. We don't have a website or a big sign outside. Most people just know where we are. It’s a community thing. If the rain is bad, we all feel it. If the crop is good, we are all happy. We just want to make sure the farmers in our group get a fair price for their work. It’s simple but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We’ve been working out of Raseedpurkaneta for a while now and we know the land well.
