Elegant Exports Corporation

We are over at C 12 Ganesh Nagar. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quiet enough for us to work. Elegant Exports Corporation isn't as big as the name sounds, just a group of us in this building. We handle the export side of things. There’s a lot of paper on the desks. We try to keep it organized but sometimes the files pile up. My desk is right by the window. I can see the kids playing outside in the afternoons. We’ve been here for several years now. The space is okay, though we could use more shelves for the samples. We mostly do work with overseas clients, so the timings are a bit odd. Sometimes we stay late to make a call. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest goes to the door. We usually have tea together around four. It’s a good break. The building is an older one but it stays cool in the summer. We handle the logistics and the shipping stuff. It’s a lot of checking numbers. Mistakes happen but we fix them fast. Ganesh Nagar is a nice place to be based. Not too much traffic near our gate. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s a living. We’ve been here a long time and the neighbors are used to us by now. It works out for everyone.
