We’ve been running this computer training spot in Firozabad for a good while now. Our office is located right in Dayal Nagar Mandi, which is pretty close to Satkar Talkies. If you know the Kotla Road area, you’ve probably walked past our door at some point. It started out with just a couple of old machines, but we’ve managed to get more desks in over the years. People from all over the neighborhood come in to learn the basics of using a PC or sometimes they want to figure out specific software for work. It’s a pretty busy spot because the market is right there, so there's always noise and people moving about. Sometimes the sounds from the Mandi get a bit loud inside, but we just get on with it. We try to keep the whole setup very simple and easy to understand. Most of our students are just local kids or people looking to get a bit better at office tasks. We don't have any of that fancy corporate furniture, just regular desks and chairs that do the job. Sometimes the electricity cuts out, which is just part of living here, so we take a break and wait for it to come back on. It’s a very normal, local place. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open up every morning, dust off the keyboards, and wait for the first person to show up. It's practical work for us.
