We work with both aluminium and steel, so our shop is full of different types of metal sections and glass. We spend a lot of time making window frames and doors for shops and houses. It’s a lot of assembly work. We take the long aluminium channels and cut them to the right size, then fit the glass or the panels in. It’s a bit different from just welding steel because you have to be more careful not to scratch the finish on the aluminium. The G.T Road is always full of trucks and buses, so it’s never quiet around here. We have a decent sized space but it always feels small when we have several large frames sitting around waiting to be picked up. We don’t have a big office or anything, just a desk in the corner where we keep our bills and a notebook for orders. We’ve been doing this for years and we know the materials well.
