You can find us near Shivalik School in Jalalabad. Actually, we are right by the school, which makes it easy for parents and teachers to stop by when they have a problem with their laptops. The shop is a simple room where we do all our computer work. It’s usually filled with the sound of a radio playing softly in the background and the hum of various machines being tested. We handle everything from basic cleaning of keyboards to fixing more serious internal issues. We keep a lot of spare parts around—screws, RAM sticks, and power cables—because you never know what someone might need. The desk is where most of the action happens, usually cluttered with a laptop that’s been taken apart. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Jalalabad is a place where word of mouth matters more than anything else. People know they can just come in and ask us to take a look at their tech. We try to be helpful without making things sound more complicated than they are. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when several people come in at once, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be a big corporate chain. We are just local guys who understand computers and enjoy working on them right here near the school.
