Firoj Computer

Firoj Computer is just a small place here in Muradganj Majhpurwa, Gurshaiganj. We have been sitting at this same spot for a good while now. Most days it’s just me and a couple of others handling whatever comes through the door. People bring in their old laptops that won't turn on or ask about getting a new desktop for their kids' schoolwork. It gets pretty dusty out here on the road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning screens and keyboards. I wouldn’t say we do anything fancy. We just fix what is broken and sell parts that people actually need. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, which is common in Gurshaiganj, but we just keep working. You can find us easily if you know the Majhpurwa area. The shop isn't very big, and we have wires and boxes tucked into every corner, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy life, talking to neighbors and making sure the computers are running right. We don’t have any big corporate rules here. If someone has a problem, they just walk in and show us the machine. We take a look, tell them what’s wrong, and try to get it back to them soon. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up the shutters at night. That is pretty much how we run things every day.
