Subhasree Organics

We are based out in Village Ajgarh, right along the G.T. Road. It’s an interesting spot because you have the heavy traffic of the main highway on one side and the quiet fields of the village on the other. Our facility is a functional space where we handle all our organic processing and storage. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the city, but we like the space it gives us. The building is a simple structure with a large yard where trucks can turn around easily. Inside, it’s mostly open space with some machinery and stacks of raw materials waiting to be processed. The staff is mostly from the surrounding villages, so there’s a real local feel to the place. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls. Our workspace is just a room with a few wooden tables, a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit, and a lot of logbooks. We spend a lot of time monitoring the batches and checking the temperatures. During the harvest season, things get very busy and we often stay late to make sure everything is stored properly. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we usually go to get our afternoon fix. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the aesthetics of the place. It works for us and our neighbors.
