Manoj Agro Farm

Manoj Agro Farm is situated in Vishavkarma Nagar in Mandi Gobindgarh. While this town is mostly known for steel, we focus on the agricultural side of things. Our place is more of a yard and a storeroom than a proper office. There is always a bit of dirt on the floor and the smell of grain or fertilizer in the air. It’s the kind of place where you wear sturdy boots because you never know what you’ll be stepping in. We spend a lot of our time talking to farmers and people who have small plots of land nearby. They come to us for advice or just to pick up what they need for the season. We don't have a glossy catalog. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them what we think will work best. The building itself is quite plain, just bricks and a tin roof that rattles when the wind picks up. We have a small tractor that we use for moving heavy bags around. It’s a lot of physical labor, but we don't mind it. It keeps us fit. Our staff is small, just family and a couple of neighbors who help out when things get busy during harvest time. Advertising isn't something we spend on. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just seeing our gate open on their way into town. It’s a quiet, steady life here.
