Pamoply Soft Solutions Private Limited is found over by Karam Singh's place, right near Gurudwara Shri Joty Sarup Sahib. It is a well-known area and the Gurudwara is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. We are a small soft solutions company. That sounds a bit vague, but mostly we just build and maintain software for different needs. Our office is not very big. It is just a practical space where we can sit with our laptops and get things done. Being near the Gurudwara gives the place a very calm feeling, which is good when you are stressed about a deadline. We do not have a fancy mission statement or a set of corporate values on the wall. We just show up and do our jobs. Most of us have been working together for a few years now. We know each other's habits, like who drinks too much coffee and who forgets to save their work. The building is older and has some character. It isn't perfect, but it is ours. We focus on the technical details that keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. We don't mind it much because the work is interesting enough.
