Bishamber Nath & Sons

Our place, Bishamber Nath & Sons, is situated right near Light Chowk on the main G.T Road. Mandi Gobind Garh is a busy area, and being on the main road means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks. We've been here long enough that everyone knows the spot. It’s a family-run kind of setup. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a traditional shop where we deal with what needs doing. The building has seen better days, but it serves the purpose. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years. We deal with people from all over the area who are passing through on the G.T Road. It gets quite crowded around Light Chowk, especially in the afternoons. We open early and close when the day's work is finished. There's no fancy reception area, just a desk and a few chairs for whoever stops by. We handle our business the old-fashioned way, face to face. It's honest work and keeps us busy. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work by the door. That's just how life is here in Mandi Gobind Garh. We don't bother with fancy uniforms either. You'll usually see us in whatever clothes we wore from home. It's a bit dusty from the G.T Road but we manage. We’ve kept the shop running through all sorts of weather and changes in the local market for a long time now.
