We are tucked away in the Naya Bazar area of Tohana. It’s one of those spots where everyone seems to know everyone else. Our shop handles both electronics and mobile phones, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until we close up at night. The bazaar is usually crowded, especially on market days, so there’s always something going on right outside our door. We don't have a large team, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board and a phone screen. People stop by not just to buy things, but sometimes just to chat or ask for a bit of help with their settings. We aren't interested in being the biggest store in town. We just want to be the one that people feel comfortable walking into. The shop itself is simple. We have our display cases and a small area where we do repairs. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the parts and tools laying around, but that’s just how work looks. We’ve been in Tohana for a long time and we like the pace here. There aren't any corporate rules or scripts we follow. We just talk to people like they’re our friends. If a phone can’t be fixed, we tell them straight instead of making them wait. It’s a small life but it’s ours, right here in the middle of the bazar. We don’t need much else.
