Yuva Engineers

Our workshop is at Plot No 27/13/14 in the Laxmi Rattan Complex, which is part of the N I T Industrial Area in Faridabad. It is a bit of a large spot because we have got those three plot numbers joined together. Yuva Engineers is a place where there is always something being tinkered with. The complex itself is quite old and has that worn-in feeling of a place where a lot of work has happened over the decades. We have some heavy machines that take up a lot of the floor space, and the floor itself is pretty stained from oil and years of use. It gets loud when everything is running at once, so we have to shout to hear each other. We do not really have a dedicated meeting room; we usually just talk over the noise or step outside by the gate. The plumbing is a bit temperamental, and the lights flicker sometimes, but we make do. We focus on the engineering tasks at hand and do not worry much about how the place looks to outsiders. It is a practical space for practical work. Most days we are just trying to keep up with the schedule. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do here in Faridabad. We have been in this complex for a long time and the routine has become like second nature to us all.
