Out here at Plot 7B on the 13/3 Mile Stone along Mathura Road, things stay pretty busy from morning until night. We are right in the thick of the industrial stretch, so there is always a lot of noise and dust from the trucks passing by outside. Dustech Engineers has been operating from this specific spot for a good while. We handle a lot of engineering work, mostly involving metal fabrication and custom parts for other businesses. If you walked into the shop right now, you would see a lot of steel scraps and maybe a few welding sparks flying in the back. It is definitely not a quiet office environment. It is a place where people wear heavy boots and get their hands dirty. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that to polish our image. Most of our days are spent looking at technical drawings or operating the lathes. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much, but we keep the big fans going and stay on track with our tasks. Mathura Road is a good location for us because the suppliers are all nearby. We just focus on the job at hand and do not use fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. The floor is hard concrete and the walls could probably use some paint, but the machinery is what matters.
